| 自己紹介 | Hello. My name is Ailene and I'm from the Philippines. I have a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Technology with a major in Computer Technology. I used to work in different industries like the automotive, service, and food and beverage industries to name a few. Having a diverse work background comes in handy in covering many topics to discuss with students. Although I did not train professionally as a teacher, I was able to teach in language training institutions and at a private college. I have conducted tutorials and group classes both for local students and foreign nationals for more than seven years. I love teaching because I love meeting new people and learning about their stories through what I do. If you would like to practice speaking and gain fluency in a natural setting, I hope you will consider having lessons with me. See you in my class! | 経歴・資格 | In my previous teaching role, I facilitated English classes for college students in a private school. I also held the English Club moderator role for four semesters. Before that, I conducted English tutorials and group classes for locals and foreigners in two language tutorial schools in Manila for three years. My teaching experience includes conducting speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, personality development, writing, Business English, and reading comprehension lessons. I also worked as a Program Coordinator in a volunteer capacity at a local church, where I also taught English to church leaders and workers for about 2 years. |
